About - Aestra Spatial
Based in Montreal. Serving Eastern Canada. Travel available for the right projects.
We’re a team of experts using modern reality capture and digital-twin tech—and making it practical for teams that don’t have time to become “3D experts.” We work across public sector, architecture, construction, arts and culture, real estate, and insurance. Our job is to listen, recommend the simplest approach that meets the goal, and deliver outputs people can actually use.

How we work
We keep the process simple: fast setup, minimal disruption on site, and clear deliverables. We plan the capture based on your goal, confirm access and constraints, then execute efficiently with professional workflows and quality control before delivery.
For aerial work, we operate legally and responsibly. We hold the required certifications and permissions for drone operations, and we plan each mission to comply with local rules and restrictions. If a location requires additional authorization, we handle that up front so there are no surprises.
We take privacy seriously. Your data stays yours. We don’t share your materials with third parties, and we don’t reuse your content for marketing unless you explicitly approve it in writing.
We believe reality capture should be done ethically: respect for people, respect for sites, and a clean, transparent process from first call to final delivery.
Consulting

If you’re not sure what method or deliverables you need, we help you scope it properly. That includes defining deliverables, setting accuracy expectations, planning repeatable capture schedules, and making sure the output fits your workflow—not the other way around.

We do everything to give your 3D project this Aestra Spatial touch.
Under standard acquisition conditions, Aestra Spatial datasets typically achieve centimeter-level internal consistency (often within ± 2–3 cm), providing reliable accuracy for distance, slope, and volume estimation on construction sites. All 3D models, LiDAR scans, and photogrammetry deliverables produced by Aestra Spatial / Aestra3D are provided for visualization, measurement, and analysis purposes. These datasets are suitable for construction progress tracking, volumetric estimation, slope evaluation, and general site documentation. They do not constitute a certified survey, legal boundary plan, or engineering document, and should not be used for property definition, staking, or legal measurements. Coordinates may be referenced to geographic systems (e.g. NAD83 / MTM), but absolute accuracy depends on the use of RTK or ground control points (GCPs). Any use of the data for legal or design validation must be reviewed by a licensed surveyor or engineer. Aestra3D shall not be held liable for any damages or misinterpretation arising from the use or modification of its data or visual content,
